Allow diabetics who can manage their condition serve in the military.

Currently, diabetics are not allowed to serve in the military. Many diabetics are capable of managing their condition. I believe that a person should not be disqualified from serving in the military just because they have a medical condition. If the military branch can determine that the diabetic can manage their condition in any situation, I think they should be considered for a job in the military as any other applicant would.
