DMV offices should allow people to retake their driver's license or state identification photos as well as the option of having minor cosmetic adjustments such a blemish removal for a small fee. Though some would argue against the trivial nature of such vanity, there would certainly be an interested base of citizens who would gladly pay $5-10 to avoid having an unflattering photo be their primary identification for the next few years.
