With electric power becoming an alternative source of energy, oil may one day become obsolete. That is why the United States must start drilling and selling Alaskan oil to other nations and provide oil to US residence. The price of oil is very expensive. That is because the oil is being shipped from Saudi Arabia. We need to boost our economy by selling oil while it is at the peak of its prices. Technology is only going to make the price go down and we must sell now. Oil is a fossil fuel but by the time the oil is gone, alternative sources with already have replaced it.
