Currently federal law prevents the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy(aka the Drug Czar) from supporting legalization. We are asking the Obama Administration to introduce and support legislation to allow the Director to support the legalization of marijuana. Allowing the Director the power to consider all options in dealing with marijuana.
