Give the States that want to recede from the Union, the right to either be Independent, or join other foreign governments just like Puerto Rico did. They should be given the choice to their own freedom, after all we supported Puerto Rico for doing what they did, and the government claims to support uprising and freedoms of other foreign governments, therefore they need to eat their own words and allow their own peoples freedoms.
