Allow each person in a marriage to use their individual income amount to calculate obamacare subsidy and mandate exempt

Created by M.L. on November 24, 2014

Eliminate the marriage penalty in obamacare by allowing each person in a marriage to show income separately to calculate subsidy or tax penalty exemption. Each person has w-2, 1099, etc. with their social security number to show income. It's not fair at all for single people to be able to get a subsidy but totaling two people's incomes that are married makes them no longer eligible for a subsidy or very little subsidy. Encouraging divorce to be able to afford obamacare should be eliminated.
