allow each person that wants to withdraw from the USA a quick and speedy trial to remove citizenship and to be exiled.

I am not interested in a modern day Civil War and I do not approve of a petition to withdraw any state from the USA. I feel that any person signing such petition should be considered a National threat and an act of Treason. according to (a)7 of the
INA: ACT 349 - LOSS OF NATIONALITY BY NATIVE-BORN OR NATURALIZED CITIZEN

Sec. 349. [8 U.S.C. 1481]
These people should be exiled from the USA.
