A large number of Americans wanted change through the election. Now that change has been denied many people now have individual state petitions to allow each state the option to secede. This petition asks the Obama administration to allow each state to hold a vote in which if 51% of the people wish to secede that they are allowed to peacefully do so and retain the right to vote back into the union if they eventually choose to do so.
