Allow each state to hold their own individual elections on whether or not they would like to be a part of the Obamacare

This is a petition to allow each state to hold their own vote on whether they would like to be a part of Obama Care. I think every person in each state has the right to vote for any legislation that will affect every American. I do not think that a small number in congress or the senate should have the final say in something like this, it should be up to every American who is of voting age.
