We the People petition the government of the United States to allow parents and families the ability to pay for their children's education costs with pre-tax income.
With the public education system becoming a complete failure and the cost of college and private school tuition skyrocketing, forcing families to pay tuition costs with post-tax income enlarges the burden put on well-intended middle class families trying to secure a bright future for their children. By allowing education to be paid for before taxes, families will be able to afford better education. The students also will less often be forced to take out encumbering student loans and allow them to finish schooling debt free.
It is a travesty education is not a higher priority in our country. Please consider this proposal.
