Allow Edward Henderson of West Chester, Ohio to officially secede from the Union of the United States of America.

I am requesting that the State of Ohio allow me to peacefully secede from the United States of America while still remaining a citizen of the state. I would like to be declared ruler of my own sovereign nation, henceforth to be known as, The Land of Eddy. All those who attempt to trespass or enforce regulations in The Land of Eddy will be subjected to the rule of law as determined by me and me alone. If allowed, I would happy to participate in the United Nations and vow to attempt to peacefully co-exist with other global powers such as myself. I will recognize all current global regulations on pollution, nuclear arms proliferation, and human rights.
