Allow employers to pay down a portion of their employees college debt each year, similar to tuition reimbursement.

Many employers offer tuition reimbursement for college courses taken while an individual is a member of their company. An annual tax credit should exist for a company to "write down" the portion of an employees outstanding student loan to the same amount offered by tuition reimbursement programs. This will assist in alleviating the crushing student debt that so many young people are challenged with today and on into the future.
