Allow employment authorization for e-2 Visas dependent Children to pay their education.

If children get employment authorization, they will be able to pay their education and change their visa into a student visa (since it requires money) once they reach 21 years old. Dependent children can no longer stay in the united states once they reach 21 years old. They are not even allowed to work besides their studies which other students do to support their expenses. We, children under the e-2 visa, need to be able to have a job to support our parents,to be able to stay here, and follow the "American Dream" by being able to afford a higher education.
