This petition is to restrict companies from disallowing their end users from purchasing software, then restricting them from reselling it after its use.
A lot of company's are restricting the resale of their digital software and or trade. Once purchased and linked to that persons account, it can never again be sold or traded.
This practice is a movement back in time when trading and selling was what made Americans. With new company policies coming up enforcing people to keep their endless software once it is expired by that user should be allowed to resale or trade as they see fit. It should be considered unfair and dubious that you can not sell something that is rightfully yours once purchased. Imagine if material objects were unsellable once purchased.
