Type 1 diabetes is tough to manage. With my insurance policy, I get one yearly physical, which doesn't include specialists. Diabetes is an endocrine issue, so I believe I should get one visit a year free from an endocrinologist. I'm sure many others dealing with T1D feel the same way.
