Currently, in most states, it is impossible to even apply to a law school or other types of graduate level programs without a bachelor's degree or partial degree , regardless of graduate level test scores and/or personal recommendations.
The power of organizations and laws that assume one's qualifications based on such degrees cannot possibly apply to every American. Educational enrichment is not exclusive to structured studies.
As an example, a homeschooled student may very well be able to teach themselves college level studies, but have no way of proving their knowledge. An absurd college equivalency exam would be preposterous; thus, I simply suggest that admissions offices be allowed the option to at least consider all applicants, with or without an undergraduate degree.
