Ever since the beginning of our country the idea of freedom has been a goal our founding fathers dreamed of holding in their hands. There are many different obstacles we've faced and have passed, but I must say that we are not truly the land of the free. Although we may be one of the few better countries when it comes to equal right's for woman and people of different races, same goes for Homosexuals, we still aren't a complete 100%.
Gays have yet to obtain their right to marry in over half of our states and woman are still considered a weaker sex. I know there are personal opinions and religious views, but our county wasn't founded on one ruling religion. Remember the Mayflower? Plus religion is supposed to be about love and compassion not hatred. Let's just help to make our country free.
