Allow for every America to have a healthy, happy smile. Every American over 18 should have access to free dental service

This petition is in regards to the medical dentist care.
Each American over 18 in each state should be allowed to receive needed treatment for there bad teeth.
In my state of california dentists are only allowed to help individuals by extracting the tooth, leaving the individual toothless. Unless they're able to pay. Which I believe to be very wrong, Most people in this country need dental insurance but can't get it due to high fees or they don't make enough for that need. Which is where someone needs to step up and say we need to help our fellow americans be healthy and happy any way possible.
We have free health care now, why not dental care?
Were taught having healthy teeth keeps you healthy, but damaged teeth can make you not so healthy, right?
