The vagaries of markets and profit need not exacerbate or compound the harsh reality of personal illness.
Medicare and Medicaid, as public options, and in concert with provisions of the Affordable Care Act would both strengthen the programs, while at the same time deliver sound ethical delivery to each and every American, should they choose that option.
