Allow every individual a vote of whether or not his/her state should secede from the United States of America.

Created by P.S. on November 15, 2012

Every individual should be given the right of whether or not their state should secede from the United States of America. The right of a state to do so is given to every individual in the Constitution. The Constitution states "...governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and institute new government..." This should guarantee the right of every individual in the United States to vote for secession. If the people are not to receive this right, it will not grant them the right of separation given in the Constitution that the United States of America so follows.
