In the wake of these tragic shooting there are law abiding citizens who are just forced to stand by and watch the drama unfold. We wait for law enforcement to save the day but it usually too late. We need to have sensible discussion about a federal open carry law for upstanding citizens. Stop being victims and take a stand against the evil in the country. Make a training course of some sort to permit people to OPEN carry and thorough background checks. Open carry will send a clear message " not in my town, not in my state and not in my country".
