There are many of us in Kentucky and many other states in our great nation who believe that there are more people in our states who are against abortion than for it. We would like to have a popular vote state by state, in every state of the union, to decide whether abortion should be abolished permanently in that state. We want fetuses to be recognized as human beings from conception and we want the same laws to protect them that protect all other people in this country. They are human beings and deserve to be born and deserve protection, as they can't protect or stand up for themselves. They are not property of which to be disposed. Please grant us this vote and let the majority of Americans decide this very important matter for themselves, Mr. President.
