Mister President, You Sir, are a fan of Beer. To my knowledge, you are the first President in History to brew beer inside the White House. When someone doesn't like you, you invite them over for a beer.
That being said, there are onerous laws in many states that prevent the sale of beer over a certain ABV percentage. For example, 8 years ago North Carolina had a law preventing the sale of beer over 6% ABV. Now, the legal limit is 15% While this is an improvement, it still restricts the sales of many great beers in this Country. Many other states still have lower ABV restrictions, and for what reason? And to boot, beer distribution laws are totally screwed up. The fact that one cannot purchase Yuengling in the state of Massachusetts is borderline criminal. Something must be done.
