Allow everyone access to emergency contraceptives like Plan B without requiring photo ID and/or a doctor's prescription.

The Obama Administration recently appealed an order that would have allowed people of all ages the right to purchase Plan B. Instead, the Administration restricted access to those 15 years and older or those with a doctor's prescription. The enforcement of this age requirement means that photo identification is required to purchase the drug, which unfairly takes away the right of minority and lower-income demographics (a lower percentage of whom have gov't IDs) to purchase emergency contraceptives, while also limiting the freedoms of younger women. Since Plan B needs to be taken within 72 hours of sexual intercourse, requiring a doctor's prescription further impedes a woman's right to emergency contraception. The US should require that Plan B be sold over the counter, available to all.
