allow everyone to view their FICO scores and full credit reports from all three credit reporting agencies

Everyone in America should be allowed to complete and unlimited access to their credit reports and scores. These scores are used by banks and lenders to determine the "haves" and "have nots". Yet it is virtually impossible to get access to the true FICO scores that determine out future. It's possible to get 2 of the 3 FICO scores after jumping through various hoops. And the third is only available if you happen to live in the state of Pennsylvania. Local, State, and Federal government believe that by empowering consumers we will have a strong economy. But how can consumers improve their situation without knowing the information that is being used to dictate their life. There is no service available to Americans to obtain the information we need to rebuild or improve our credit.
