Allow ex convicts to test and be reviewed for jobs that require licenses. In an instance such as obtaining a real estate, insurance, nursing, or even a civilian job a background check is required. If you have ever committed a felony this typically excludes you from the process of being able to further your life. Some people have just made simple mistakes and deserve a second chance at life so they can support themselves and their families. I suggest the felony and the convict be reviewed and given the opportunity to explain the situation, based upon facts and rehabilitation a committee should be able to decide to grant the person the opportunity to have the desired position. This would also help to eliminate any second offenses being most are performed out of financial desperation.
