Allow falsely accused fathers to be removed from birth certificates through DNA testing

In today day and age genetic testing and forensic evidence is becoming more and more relavent in court cases. In some cases DNA evidence has freed men from death row and possible death but yet when a man shows proof he did not father a child he is still held responsible for support and is refused the chance to correct the error. It is possible millions of men are paying support for children that are not theirs and in most cases the man is struggling to make ends meet and is forced to work in fear of jail time for a child he did not create. Laws must change as the means to gather evidence changes. It is not in the best interest of the child to lie to the child about who is biological father is. It is an injustice to millions of men to be held responsible for the lies of the mother.
