We would like the administration to allow us to work with endangered species. Currently a university professor in Florida has several endangered species that can be easily spawned. A single spawn can allow for 10s of thousands of fish to hatch. With these hatchlings we can raise them to a certain size and would like to release 500 back into the natural environment.
1. this will conserve an endangered animal
2. allow for more research on various life stages
3. increase the numbers found in the wild
