Allow a Father Equal Rights to His Child, Fathers in custody cases should be allowed equal time with the child(ren)

Created by D.F. on January 03, 2013

When parents divorce or separate, children should have equal time with both parents. Father's should be able to raise and take care of their kids. It's not fair to the children to take them from one parent. In most cases the only right a non custodial parent(usually father) is to pay child support. It amazes me how the states don't give fathers much visitation but they sure do want them to pay financial support. It's not right that custodial parents get on average 310 nights with child and non custodial gets approx 55 nights. Let's get equal visitation for both parents, it's what's best for the child.
