Allow the FDA to regulate businesses that manufacture cancer drugs that are in short supply.

We need to push through the legislation that will allow the FDA to control the supply of cancer fighting drugs patients need to survive. Currently there is a shortage of several cancer drugs, (methotrexate being one) because there are no profit margins for the drug makers. We need the FDA to have the ability to require these manufacturers to produce these lifesaving medications. If this legislation is not passed you are sentencing people to a death.
