Allow Federal employees deny their 0.5% pay increase, as a statement that W-DC needs to stop needless spending!

Government spending is out of control, and in the midst of the fiscal cliff nonsense, the government issues a meager 0.5% pay increase.

The government needs to stop wreckless spending, and as a way of showing our utter disgust with politicians, I say federal employees should be able to deny their ridiculous "raise," and have that money go towards the national debt.
