Federal employees who are in need of extra paid time off can ask for, and receive, donated ANNUAL ( vacation ) leave hours from other employees - but employees can not donate sick leave... We should be able to donate sick leave to be used as sick leave.. and not be limited to donating vacation days when the hours are going to be used for sick leave.
