I would like to implore the President to grant federal employees the 24th of Dec. Off for Christmas. This past year was filled with furloughs not once but twice. Many federal employees are married to service members.
Added to the fact of furloughs are the stagnant wages of the past three years. The federal employees have seen little respite.
