Allow federal funding for local law enforcement to provide an armed policeman at every public school.

In light of the recent tragedy in Connecticut, the federal government as an immediate stop-gap should provide a monetary allowance for local law enforcement agencies to provide an armed policeman at every public school in the country. Our children have the right to safety and security in their classrooms provided by trained and knowledgeable peace officers. We must stop the threat to our children in the classroom.
