The Regional Counterdrug Training Facility or RCTA is a training facility located in Meridian, MS at the Naval Airstation and it is vital to today's Law Enforcement and Military Personnel in helping to keep and advantage over criminals and terrorists who threaten the peace and safety of the Citizens of the USA. Federal Funding is necessary to keep this training continuing year round.
