It seems only FAIR that the women of the United States be given a Federal Grant within the amount of $50,000.00 to create a Small Business in their community in the United States. This business would contribute to their community in a positive way thereby aiding in the economy for all.
Reasoning for the statement of FAIR is that our country hands out an astronomical amount of our taxpayer funds that DO NOT benefit "OUR" Country at all.
