Allow federal level convicted fellows, who were not charged with drug related or violent crimes get gun rights back.

This petition is to get the government to allow all non violent convicted fellons at state and federal levels the liberty to get their gun rights back. There are law abiding citizens who may have committed a white collar crime, but does not mean they are dangerous to society, and could be great protectors. If this convicted fellow has no drug related, and no violent crimes such as murder, rape, bank robbery using a weapon etc, we should allow them to get their full citizenship gun rights back, so they have the same rights as everyone else.
