to allow felons to be able to work. instead of firing them because they made a mistake over 5 years ago.

i was recently fired from a job that i rightfully have the qualifications for because i had a felony over five years ago. I believe that a felon that has been out of trouble for several years deserves every right to be able to have job if and only if they have the qualifications for that job.
