Allow felons to possess firearms if they have not used a firearm in a crime and have not been convicted of murder.

Created by T.H. on September 02, 2013

Allowing felons to own and possess a firearm under the circumstances that they have not used a firearm in a crime, convicted of murder, domestic violence, or serious sexual crimes and have been a law abiding citizen for 7 years after they're conviction. As a convicted felon we are still US citizens and should be treated as so and treated equally. Self defense, home protection, and rifle hunting is a right according to our constitution, not a privilege. Join our fight for civil rights equality.
