We fall short in life upon passage of this petition any felon that has been released from his or her sentence will be allow to vote in United States National Elections.
I understand that certain areas of offenses committed by we the people do not warrant a grant of relief under this said petition so the following offenses committed by a person in this United States will not be allowed to vote in national elections; Murder,Rape & any Sexual or Sex offense committed that would be a crime in the United States.
Civil Rights will not have to be restored to allow a United States Citizen or Legal Resident of a State in the United States to be able to vote in accordance with above said offenses not granted allowance to vote in National Elections.
