The Government of the United States of America needs to make a 2-birth only law as soon as possible. The population of us humans has boomed to be honest ever since the industrial revolution. There forth, we have had to use an increasingly larger amount of resources as time wears on. If we keep this up, we will run out of these resources in the near future. So, if we only allow 2 births per couple, this could slow down our tremendous birth rate, and ultimately give us more time to conserve our resources, and plan for the future survival of our species.
