Allow Female Soldiers and Dependents the Ability to Obtain an Abortion on a Military Facility.

This is important for two reasons. If certain members of Congress want women to be drafted, they should have this option, for equalities sake. Two, if women are to be stationed around the world, in places where abortion is not necessarily an option, it would be the right thing to do for the military to give them this support. It could be their only access to choice. We have equality for transgender and gay soldiers, it's time for equality for female soldiers.
