Allow the finishing of the secession of the northern portion of california and become it's own state: Jefferson.

The area north of Sacramento has for a very long time been ignored by state law and policy. We've been forced by the mass of voters in the large southern cities of California into laws and policies that, quite honestly, don't apply to us and our much different environment. The Included counties in My proposal would include, Placer, Nevada, Yuba, Sutter, Yolo, Napa, Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, Glenn, Butte, Sierra, Plumas, Tehema, Humbolt, Trinity, Shasta, Lassen, Modoc, Siskiyou and Del Norte Counties. This petition seeks to present a vote to these counties and allow us to become our own state, thus representing every citizen fairly.
