As Congressional lawmakers will not take action to curtail firearms in any reasonable way, it is proposed that any U.S. citizen visiting the U.S. Capitol be allowed to carry a legal firearm with them into the building. If we as citizens must face the threats of firearms in our communities and places of work, Congress should not be exempt from this risk.
