The neighborhood of Fishtown is currently heavily associated with "Northern Liberties", which affects the quality of life to those in Fishtown. If Fishtown were permitted to secede & disassociate from the less hip neighborhoods such as "NoLibs" or "The Club District", or from perceived "shady" neighborhoods, we would gain more tourism, attract more potential businesses, and be able to lower the price of a City Wide special to $3.
