Allow foreign immigrants to obtain a Lawful Residency to anyone who lived, worked and paid taxes in the US for at least

For individuals, or families who lived here for many years and at times most of their lives, the US is all they know, but yet they have to constantly be pushed to the back of the line and receive baseless denials, or more red tape than ever.
How much longer? some people are stock in limbo for ever, they cant leave, if they do they can`t come back, they have families in the US and out side the US.; if its not an immigration issue then it should be a humanitarian issue, these are people, humane being who are suffering; some of them made the choice on their own to come here and others ended up here due to a no fault of their own.
This should not happen in the 21st century and it should not happen in the United States of America
