Allow foreign physicians trained in American hospitals under the J1 visa to stay in the US after training.

The US trains hundreds of foreign physicians every year. Many are forced to go back to their home countries against their will for no less than 2 years.
The US is facing a shortage of physicians and surgeons as the baby boomers get older and start getting medicare benefits.
It is in everyone's best interest to let foreign doctors choose for themselves where they want to practice instead of forcing hard working people to go back to countries in which their talents will not be fully employed due to lack of infrastructure and resources.
