allow foreigners legally in the United States of America the same opportunities our ancestors were offered.

Created by M.R. on November 13, 2012

In the history of the United States of America, immigration has been accepted as demonstrated by the vast majority of American citizens having originated abroad; now immigration policies make legal immigration virtually impossible without relatives or marriage;

We hereby petition the Government to:

1) grant green card status to those foreign persons who create American jobs, dropping the difficult minimum investment and employee requirements.
2) drop regulations that prevent non-resident aliens legally in the United States, such as college students, from competing on an equal basis with Americans for employment opportunities.
3) grant green status to foreigners who have American sponsors who have invested at least $50,000 in the foreigner or who have sufficient employment.
