Allow forgiveness for driving under the influence. I have paid my penitence, and now I want to move on.

I was arrested for driving under the influence twice in one year almost a decade ago. Since, I have earned a bachelor's and master's degree in addition to a teaching certificate. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to find a good job despite solid experience and recommendations... Please help me to be forgiven of my victimless crime from nearly a decade ago.
