Allow former Military Surplus rifles to be imported. These are like the collectable M-1 and Carbines from WW II that were loaned to South Korea to be returned. Currently these 10lb rifles are used for Honor Squads (like VFW) and cherished by Collectors. At $800 to $1200 each on the collector market they are not gun of choice by criminals and bangers in the inter city.
